Persian Jewels is a Fat Eighth friendly, on point quilt pattern that I designed to mimic a beautiful flower with fringed leaves of the same name.  Sashing and cornerstones frame the fringed leaf blocks.    There are lots of diagrams and illustrations included to guide you through the process of making, which is why you get a full 16 pages in this pattern.  You have your choice of three sizes of quilts to make.  The pattern has directions for a baby quilt, throw size quilt and a twin size quilt.  Skill level is Intermediate.
